We do not collect sensitive data as defined by Article 9 of the GDPR.

4. Retention periods

  • Contact form data: 3 years from the last exchange
  • Client data (invoices, contracts): 10 years per accounting obligations
  • Browsing data: maximum 13 months
  • Commercial prospecting data: 3 years from last contact

5. Recipients

Your data is processed exclusively by the DeltoIA team. It is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties.

Certain technical sub-contractors (hosting, email) may process your data on our behalf. They are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the GDPR.

6. Transfers outside the EU

DeltoIA endeavours to process your data within the European Union. Where a technical provider is established outside the EU, transfers are carried out under the appropriate GDPR safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).

7. Security

DeltoIA implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data. In the event of a security breach, we will notify the CNIL within 72 hours.

8. Cookies

The site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies for the site to function (language preference). No tracking or advertising cookies are used without your prior consent.
