Our projects

Four tools for four trades.

Client names withheld. Screens recreated with invented brands and fictional data.

01 For a mortgage broker

Leads come in on their own; files go out ready for the bank.

The situation
One Excel file per lead in a shared folder, assigned by hand, with no history and no control over who could see what.
The tool we built
Leads imported from portal emails, a drag-and-drop pipeline, a qualification record that works out fees, APR and borrowing capacity, a PDF summary for the bank, and a mobile version.
The result
In daily use within four months of development. Over 4,000 leads handled by the team in the first quarter.

02 For a firm that supports investors

One client, one record, one next step.

The situation
Lengthy files involving the bank, the notary and public authorities. Standard CRMs felt too cluttered, and the data called for stronger security.
The tool we built
Eight-stage tracking with default deadlines, a record per client showing what’s missing, and one-click call, WhatsApp or email. Mandatory two-factor authentication and an audit log.
The result
A first version built on the foundations of the previous project, which the firm could test very early on.

03 For a co-owned holiday rental

Accounts accurate to the cent.

The situation
Bookings, payments received, expenses and contributions tracked in spreadsheets. Commissions counted twice and figures that didn’t match the bank statement.
The tool we built
Bookings, calendar, expenses linked to each stay, owner contributions, profit and loss and cash flow, with four roles from management to the cleaning team.
The result
Cash flow that matches the bank statement to the cent, and solid groundwork for the tax return.

04 For a financing consultancy

Eight deal types, one system.

The situation
Very different files, from mortgages to business finance and the search for private investors, that no generic CRM could handle.
The tool we built
A single pipeline where each deal type has its own record, calculations and a viability score with adjustable thresholds. Company records and matching between opportunities and investors.
The result
A first version built on a base already in production, so in the firm’s hands very quickly.
